Job Purpose
Plan/Execute Microbiological Analysis and contribute to food safety/ microbiological risk assessment program.
Key Responsibilities
Core Role ·         Project manangement from analytical perspectives (Primarily microbiologial support as well)- performulation development support, new materials evaluation, method transfers, stability studies, claims support, specification design/development support and troubleshooting ·         Microbiological capabilities development programme- new method development, validation, transfer and current methods review/modifications. ·         Microbiological risk assessment programme. ·         Establishing outsourcing partners for microbiological perspectives ·         Laboratory management systems (quality/safety)- GLP/QMS implementation, internal audits and training. Support Role ·         Facilitate/ troubleshoot microbiology QA related issues at mfg sites ·         Documentation- prepare/issue new methods, method transfer protocol/reports and prepare method validation reports ·         Training- support staff/summer internships on microbiological aspects
