मिनिमम कंसंट्रेशन वाले analyte के हाइट को माप  ले फिर नॉइज़ के चौड़ाई का माप ले। फिर नॉइज़ के वैल्यू से सिंग्नल के वैल्यू को डिवाइड कर ले।
